Kiminoi - NV - Junmai Ginjo Sake - 720 ml.

To put ginjo on a label, a brewery has to polish the rice until at least 40 percent of each grain has been ground away. Kiminoi bottles this junmai ginjo at 720 ml, the standard sake size in Japan. Removing that much of the grain also cuts how much finished sake each kilo of rice will yield.
