Kirin-Zan - NV - Junmai Daiginjo Sake - 720 ml.

Junmai daiginjo is the most demanding tier in the sake vocabulary: nothing but rice, water, koji and yeast, with the grains milled down to at least half their original size before brewing begins. Kirin-Zan releases this one in the 720 ml bottle that is standard for Japanese sake, and like most sake it carries no vintage.
