Kirinzan - NV - Junmai Daiginjo Sake - 1.8 L

Junmai daiginjo occupies the top rung of sake's classification ladder. To earn the label, brewers mill each grain of rice until at least half of it is gone — a polishing step that can run for days before fermentation even begins. Kirinzan brews this one in Niigata and bottles it at 1.8 liters, a format suited to gatherings and restaurant service.
