Kirinzan - NV - Junmai Ginjo Sake - 1.8 L

Kirinzan has been brewing sake in Tsugawa, a river town in the mountains of inland Niigata, since 1843. The house style follows tanrei karakuchi — the light, dry profile that made the prefecture's reputation — and this Junmai Ginjo scales it up to 1.8 liters, two and a half standard bottles in one.
