Kitsukura - NV - Taruzake Barrel-Aged Honjozo - 720 ml.

Taruzake means sake rested in wood, traditionally Japanese cedar casks of the sort that held everything before glass and steel took over. Honjozo, the grade Kitsukura names here, permits a small measured addition of distilled alcohol at pressing. It is sake rather than wine, at 720 ml, with no vintage.
