DESCRIPTION

Cap Corse is not a table wine but an aperitif: a wine base, strengthened and flavoured, sold under the L.N. Mattei name by a Corsican house. This is the rouge, non-vintage and blended for consistency from one bottling to the next, and it belongs to the same pre-dinner ritual as other French apéritifs, poured chilled or over ice.
