DESCRIPTION

Most rose Champagne is made by blending a measure of red wine into white. Cuvee Rose is macerated instead: Pinot Noir skins stay in contact with the juice until the color is judged right, a slower and less forgiving method that Laurent-Perrier has built the bottling around for decades. Non-vintage, presented here in a recycled-material gift box.
