This is the 375 ml half-bottle of Le Mesnil's Grand Cru blanc de blancs, bottled without a vintage. Blanc de blancs is Champagne's term for a wine made from white grapes alone, which on the Côte des Blancs means Chardonnay and nothing else. A half pours roughly three flutes, the reason restaurants keep the format for small tables.
