Growing grapes in Mendoza is desert farming: much of the province sees under 250 millimetres of rain a year, and vineyards run on meltwater channelled down from the Andes. Sauvignon Blanc covers only a narrow slice of what is planted there. This 2023 white carries the Rolland Mariflor name.
