Schiopetto's Pinot Bianco is a white wine in which the starting varietal adapts perfectly to the hilly profiles of the Collio. The small and compact bunches of Pinot Blanc reach perfect ripeness, and are carefully selected by the winery team during the destemming operations. Attention to detail leads to the creation of a label in which the nose and mouth align coherently , describing a white in which personality and character abound thanks to a full-bodied, warm sip.
