Timo's Tempranillo is as unique as they come. The fruit comes from the Gembrook Hill Vineyard, which was macerated as whole bunches à la Timo's trademark style. Generous redcurrant and kola nut lead into savoury black olive, whole bunch spice and varietal grainy tannins.
