Miyashita - NV - Sacred Mist Honjozo Nigori - 720 ml.

Nigori sake is filtered coarsely on purpose, so fine rice solids stay suspended in the bottle; they settle out, and the bottle is meant to be turned over before serving. The honjozo grade on this 720 ml Miyashita release permits a small measured addition of distilled alcohol during brewing, which is precisely what separates it from the junmai grades.
