Miyashita - NV - Treasure Ship Junmai Ginjo - 300 ml.

Ginjo is a milling grade: at least 40 percent of each rice grain is polished away before the brew begins, while the junmai prefix rules out any added distilled alcohol. Treasure Ship comes in a 300 ml bottle, a single-serve size Japanese brewers use far more freely than the wine trade does. Miyashita states no vintage.
