DESCRIPTION

Extra Dry is a sweetness specification, not a style boast: it sits between Brut and Dry at roughly 12 to 17 grams of sugar per litre, and it was Prosecco's traditional register long before Brut took over export shelves. Glera is the grape, and this cuvée is non-vintage.
