Nami - NV - Junmai Daiginjo - 750 ml.

Junmai daiginjo sits at the top of the milling ladder: the rice is polished down to half its original weight or less, and nothing goes in but rice, water, koji and yeast, no distilled alcohol. Nami brews this one in Culiacan, in northwestern Mexico, not in Japan.
