Nigori is the cloudy category: the sake is filtered coarsely or not at all, so fine rice solids stay in suspension instead of being pressed out. The bottle wants a gentle turn before pouring. No milling grade appears on the label, and nigori does not call for one. Nami brews it in Culiacan and bottles it at 375 ml.
