DESCRIPTION
Fruity notes of green apple, lychee, guava and pear. Slightly sweet and fresh, with full bodied richness, and long finish.
Tokubetsu marks a junmai brewed to a stricter specification than the base grade, generally a higher degree of rice polishing or another method the brewery declares on the label. This Nami bottling is filled at 750 ml, the wine format, instead of the 720 ml bottle most sake uses, and like nearly all sake it is sold without a vintage.
