DESCRIPTION

Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeo are the trio behind Cava; Blanc de Pas puts them to work as a still white instead. The 2023 was grown in Penedes, in the hills inland from Barcelona, where the Pares Balta family estate farms organically.
