Pascal Jolivet's 2022 Sauvignon Blanc comes from Coteaux du Giennois, a small appellation strung along both banks of the Loire just north of Pouilly-Fume. Whites there are Sauvignon Blanc alone, while the reds and roses use Gamay and Pinot Noir. Edition 2 is the name of this particular bottling.
