Sirì d'Jermu is Pecchenino's 2022 Dogliani Superiore, a class of Dolcetto held to stricter standards than the base appellation, with riper minimum levels and a longer wait before release. The name is Piedmontese dialect, the kind that fills vineyard maps throughout these hills.
