Pepe Raventós decided to go to the limit and, in the garage of the Mas del Serral, three different plots are fermented separately and naturally: Viña Del Mas, Viña Del Noguer and Viña de Les Terrasses del Serral. Following his dream, in 2007, he presented the first vintage of Mas del Serral, a 100-month sparkling wine on lees.
