DESCRIPTION

Blanc de blancs in Champagne means white grapes only. Chardonnay does nearly all of that work in practice, though Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc stay permitted under the appellation. Brut sets the dosage below twelve grams of sugar per litre, and the Cuvee Hugues de Coulmet is non-vintage, so no single year is declared on the bottle.
