Prager - 2021 - Riesling Auchleiten Auslese - 500 ml.

Most of what leaves the Prager cellar is dry, which makes a Riesling Auslese a genuine outlier: Auslese is Austria's Prädikat term for selectively harvested, extra-ripe fruit, and the wines retain real sweetness. This 2021 comes from the Achleiten hill and is bottled in a 500 ml format, the traditional size for sweet wines.
