DESCRIPTION
A delicate and dry Rose featuring aromas and flavors of wild strawberries, peach and pear backed by crisp, refreshing acidity.
Rose takes its colour from a short spell of contact between juice and dark grape skins, and the length of that contact decides how pale or deep the wine ends up. This one is a 2021, which puts a single harvest year on the label, and organic is the only production claim it makes.
