DESCRIPTION
Piedmont's Langhe DOC arrived in 1994 as a home for wines the Barolo and Barbaresco rules had no slot for, whites among them. It asks for no grape name on the label, so a Langhe Bianco can be built from several permitted whites without declaring which. Rocche dei Manzoni, whose cellar sits in Monforte d'Alba, bottles this 2023 white under the name Tataya.
