Schiopetto - 2020 - Amrita Bianco DOC Friuli - 750 ml.

In the 1960s and 70s Schiopetto was among the producers who pushed northeastern Italy toward clean, temperature-controlled white winemaking. Amrita Bianco appears under the broad Friuli DOC, a zone far larger than the hillside Collio appellation, and the 2020 is presented as a white blend rather than a named single grape.
