Shaw + Smith has worked out of the Adelaide Hills, in South Australia, since 1989, when cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith set it up. Hill Smith had qualified the year before as the first Australian Master of Wine. Their Riesling here is the 2022, dry-styled in the manner the Hills are known for.
