Sinskey - 2018 - Pinot Blanc - 750 ml.

Pinot Blanc takes up very little California vineyard land, and a fair share of what once went by that name in the state turned out, on closer identification, to be Melon de Bourgogne. Sinskey gives the grape a white of its own here instead of folding it into a blend, in the 2018 vintage.
