Freedom Hill sits in the Coast Range foothills on the western side of Oregon's Willamette Valley, on marine sedimentary soils rather than the volcanic red hills more often pictured when Oregon Pinot Noir is discussed. St Innocent draws this 2021 from that site alone, making it a single-vineyard red.
