Isola dei Nuraghi is Sardinia's island-wide IGT, named for the Bronze Age stone towers that still stand across the countryside, and it gives producers latitude the tighter DOCs do not. Cannonau, the Sardinian name for Grenache, leads this 2022 red from Surrau.
