The Architect's 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon draws on Alexander Valley, the northern Sonoma appellation that follows the Russian River for roughly twenty miles between Cloverdale and Healdsburg. The valley keeps the name of Cyrus Alexander, the frontiersman who settled and farmed this ground in the 1840s after managing a Mexican land-grant rancho there.
