DESCRIPTION

Tsukinowa brews in Iwate, in northern Tohoku, home of the Nanbu Toji, one of the guilds that historically supplied Japan's brewery masters. Sake is dated by brewing year, which opens on 1 July, so bottles carry no vintage in the wine sense. The 720 ml measure is the yon-go, the standard bottle of the category.
