Tsukinowa - NV - Moon Ring Tokubetsu Junmai Sake - 1.8 L

The 1.8-liter bottle is an isshobin, sized to one shō, an old Japanese unit that works out to roughly two and a half standard bottles. Breweries still use the format for house pours and refills. Tsukinowa's tokubetsu junmai, labeled Moon Ring, is brewed in Iwate, up in northern Tohoku.
