Tsukinowa - NV - Moon Ring 'Yoi No Tsuki - Midnight Moon' Daiginjo Sake - 300 ml.

Daiginjo sits at the most heavily milled end of the sake grades: at least half of every rice grain is polished away before brewing starts. Tsukinowa gives this one a name as well as a grade, Yoi no Tsuki, rendered on the label as Midnight Moon. The 300 ml bottle is a single-serve size far more common in Japan than on American shelves.
