DESCRIPTION

Cyprus - Paphos

Xynisteri is the most widely planted white grape on Cyprus, and the 2018 here was handled whole-bunch, with the clusters pressed stems and all rather than destemmed first. Panayia, in the Paphos district, is one of the high villages on the western flank of the Troodos massif; Cyprus never had phylloxera, so vines there still grow ungrafted.
