Junmai sake is brewed from four ingredients and nothing more: rice, water, koji mold and yeast, with no distilled alcohol added at any point. That single restriction is what separates the junmai designation from the categories that permit a brewer's addition. This Wildflowers bottling comes in 500 ml, two thirds of a standard 750, and carries no vintage.
