Beaune has no grand cru whatsoever, yet more than forty premiers crus line its long hillside, and Les Toussaints is among them. Xavier Monnot bottled this premier cru in 2022. Red Beaune must be Pinot Noir under appellation rules, so the grape follows from the name on the label.
