Bottled at 375 ml with no year on the label, Museum Muscat is a fortified wine rather than a table wine: fermentation is halted with grape spirit while sugar remains. Fortifieds of this kind are usually assembled from blended reserves held in cask, which is why no vintage is stated. Yalumba has been making wine in South Australia's Barossa since 1849.
