Yuki Otoko - NV - Yeti Honjozo Sake - 1.8 L

At 1.8 L this is an isshobin, the traditional large sake bottle sized to hold one sho, the old Japanese unit of volume. Honjozo, the style named on the label, calls for rice milled down to 70 percent of its original weight or less, plus a small measured addition of distilled alcohol before pressing. The Yeti bottling is non-vintage, as sake is dated by brewing season and not by harvest year.
