Zenato Ripassa (Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore) is a full-bodied, velvety red made by re-fermenting Valpolicella on Amarone pomace, then aging in French oak for 18–20 months. It shows ripe red-fruit, sweet spice and dark chocolate notes with fine tannins.
